Users may request deletion of their account directly within the app.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Open the Bet360 app
2. Go to My Account
3. Tap “Delete Account”
4. Confirm the deletion request

What Happens When You Request Account Deletion

When an account deletion request is submitted:

• Your account will be permanently closed
• You will no longer be able to access the account
• Access to services and gameplay will be disabled

Retained information may include:

• First name and last name
• Date of birth
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
